On October 12th, Huaying Packaging (referred to as Huaying, stock code: 872974) successfully held the SAP S/4HANA project launch conference in collaboration with Decision. This project, under the guidance of Decision, will help Huaying achieve standardization of business processes, normalization of management, and digitization of decision-making, injecting strong digital impetus into the company's high-quality development.
 

Project Background: Strategic Driven, Management Upgrade
 

Huaying is a leading packaging manufacturing enterprise in China. As the company continues to expand in scale and the complexity of its business increases, the original system architecture has gradually revealed bottlenecks in aspects such as the efficiency of production and sales collaboration, cost-based detailed accounting, and multi-dimensional profit analysis. How to further connect business data silos, achieve integrated management of production, sales, and supply, and build a transparent and timely business data platform has become the core issue that Huaying urgently needs to solve.

In this context, Huaying conducted a comprehensive comparison and evaluation, and ultimately chose Decision, which has rich experience in implementing the manufacturing industry, as the implementation partner to launch this SAP S/4HANA transformation project. The aim is to solve management bottlenecks through digital means and achieve iterative upgrading of management capabilities. 
 

Project objective: Digital transformation, creating value together

Taking into account the business characteristics of the packaging industry, Decision will design an SAP solution that suits the development of Huaying Company, taking into account both the unified control requirements of the group and the flexibility of business scenarios, to achieve multi-dimensional management value enhancement.

Benchmarking industry best practices, establishing a unified process standard and master data standard for the enterprise, taking into account both group control and the differences in business among various factories, outputting a standardized business blueprint that is suitable for Huaying, supporting the business development needs for the next 5 to 10 years.

• Realize end-to-end business integration

Building an integrated digital management platform with SAP S/4HANA as the core, horizontally breaking down departmental barriers and vertically connecting the top-level decision-making end to the front-line business end, covering all core business domains such as finance, sales, procurement, warehousing, and production, to achieve business process visibility and management controllability.

• Realize lean operation

Connecting the "research - production - supply - sales" full business chain, achieving business integration and data communication among multiple factory organizations, the collaboration and linkage of production, supply, and sales, providing real and reliable data basis for enterprise cost control and customer profit analysis, and driving lean operation.

• Build a talent pipeline

Utilizing Decision's transformation management and full-process knowledge transfer, cultivating internal digital backbone forces of the enterprise, establishing an internal support system for ERP self-operation and continuous iterative optimization, and accumulating the enterprise's own digital capabilities.
