Taking a relay manufacturing company listed on the ChiNext Exchange as an example, he elaborated in detail on the entire process of the financial sharing center from planning to implementation. He pointed out that traditional financial accounting has problems such as excessive repetitive operations, system fragmentation, frequent overtime work, and large staff turnover. The construction of the financial sharing center is an effective path to achieve "cost reduction and efficiency improvement, group control, and financial transformation".
