[Problem description]

The production order settlement transaction code is CO88, with a large number of prompts MLCCS009. The following pictures show the transaction code KO88, for the settlement of individual production orders, the errors prompted are all MLCCS009. What is the reason for this? How should it be handled?
 

[Problem Analysis]

1. SAP NOTE 3426949 - MLCCS009 in order settlement due to activity costs from multiple fiscal years

The issue was clarified: In multiple consecutive years, production orders were recorded for work completion, and after the cost of operations was posted, a program bug occurred. 

2.This bug was hidden very well. It wouldn't be exposed until the first month of the second year after the launch. And the affected S4 versions are as follows:

1. Install the patches. Please note that there are four of them:

3426949 - MLCCS009 in order settlement due to activity costs from multiple fiscal years

3368454 - Error MLCCS009 in order settlement due to change of activity plan price

3420354 - KO88: Handling issue for activity types in material ledger in a multilevel order settlement scenario

3441083 - MLCCS009 in order settlement due to activity costs from multiple fiscal years (2)
