Project Challenges

• Information silos: Dongguan, Fuqing and Chongqing share the same EasyHelp system; Fuqing and Chongqing use the accounting system assembled in Dongguan;
• Kunshan uses the Kingdee K3 system, Suzhou uses the Yi'ai system, and stamping and injection use different accounting systems;
• Data standards are not unified, and materials, suppliers, customers, and accounts are not unified, which causes great difficulties and inefficiency in the consolidation and verification of the entire group's data;
• Demand linkage, inaccurate predictions, long manual MRP lead times, difficulties in material delivery, and severe impact on customer satisfaction;
• Production plans fluctuate frequently, resulting in material stagnation and production delays; Currently, financial statements, management statements, and consolidated statements are mainly processed manually.

• A standardized dataization standard: Establish a data control system, while enhancing data management through technical means, and strengthen the guarantee of data management processes and regulations;
• A set of standardized management rules: Inherit and improve the excellent experience of the enterprise, refer to the advanced international process models, and establish a complete, optimized and standardized business blueprint template and data standards, including financial management, sales management, production management and procurement management;
• A modern integrated platform integrating business and finance: Based on the SAP system platform, build a group-level integrated platform to achieve horizontal departmental collaboration, vertical management from the top to business operations, achieving standardized, visualized and transparent management, supporting different management requirements of the enterprise, strengthening vertical control capabilities, and improving the overall operational level.
