Recently, the kick-off meeting of CCG and Decision SAP ERP implementation project was successfully held in Shenzhen. This project takes SAP ERP cloud as the core and needs to be implemented simultaneously in Shenzhen and Jiangxi, involving 7 trading companies and 2 production plants in CCG.  

In order to work out the optimal implementation plan, Decision made a detailed investigation on the overall operation, business process and management requirements of the group based on the characteristics of kinetic energy industry and the business of Jiehe Group, which will help CCG to fully open up all links such as sales, production, procurement, finance and quality, so as to achieve efficient coordination of group resources.
