On July 2, 2021, Kanpei Group and Decision senior leaders, project directors and project team members attended the meeting together.
As the first SAP S/4HANA Cloud(PE) project signed by the catering industry in Greater China, the blueprint report of the project has achieved a staged success, which indicates that the catering industry has successfully reached a new milestone on the road of digital construction and future development.
Since the official launch of this project on May 10, with the strong support of the leaders and departments of Kanpei, and the joint efforts of the project team members, it took two months to successfully complete the project blueprint phase design work. During this period, the Decision consulting team gradually carried out current situation research, demand analysis, business blueprint design and discussion according to the established plan, and finally output 20 special solutions and 68 business process blueprints, successfully building a future Kanpei-driven business process with SAP system blueprint template.
The meeting reviewed and displayed the overall progress of the project and an overview of the business blueprint. The Decision consulting team mainly focused on modules such as "sales management, production management, warehousing management, procurement management, financial management, and master data" to analyze the current status, solutions, and future of Ganbei's business. Detailed reports were made on process design and other aspects to comprehensively optimize corporate business processes, use technology to assist operations, and create end-to-end business and financial integration of the Kanpei Group's value chain.
The leaders attending the meeting carefully listened to the blueprint report, reviewed the directionality and rationality of the blueprint design, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions based on the actual situation. Among them, senior leaders of Kanpei Group and Decision delivered important speeches on this report. On the one hand, they expressed their gratitude and encouragement to Decision and the project team for their hard work.
